Our September retreat reflects the continuity of our shared journey over the past three years, while embracing new insights drawn from our first-ever June retreat and fresh perspectives regarding Fitness, Embodiment, and consciousness development. We’re honoured to again be joined by Dr. Lena, whose sessions will delve into the vital interplay between the microbiome and restorative sleep.

Founder and Lead Instructor of Physical Lab, an international laboratory dedicated to performance and embodiment, Yorgos Karamalegos has guided performers and professionals from diverse backgrounds towards achieving profound physical and mental awareness. At the core of his practice is a deep passion and ethos: research into presence as a pathway to personal and professional freedom. With the body as a point of entry, his approach facilitates the deconditioning of ingrained patterns (physical, vocal, and cognitive), unveiling the embodiment of one’s true spirit and revealing our most authentic selves.

Founder of the ALEX CROCKFORD app, Alex is a well-known personality on YouTube as well as the fitness industry. His app has helped thousands transform their bodies with various programmes suitable for those working out in a gym or at home. He believes that personal development never stops, and that life is about achieving our highest potential. Therefore he is dedicated to helping others achieve their best self possible.

Originally an aesthetic dentist from Athens, Dr. Lena shifted her career after a family health crisis, dedicating herself to studying Nutrition, Microbiome, and Lifestyle Medicine. Over the past few years, she has blended her medical expertise with health coaching, focusing on the transformative power of lifestyle changes. Driven by a passion to empower others, she advocates for the integration of nutrition, gut health, and overall well-being, offering compassionate, science-based guidance to help individuals achieve lasting wellness.
