In a fast-paced world where we often feel disconnected and overwhelmed, embodiment offers a pathway to greater authenticity, self-awareness, and personal growth. So if you're feeling encumbered by your own body or struggling to connect with your true self, consider exploring the power of embodiment. The results may surprise you.

Have you ever felt awkward or encumbered by your own body—particularly in times of stress or worry, whether it be in your personal life or at work? Did the awkwardness or tension prohibit you from saying or doing what you truly wanted in the moment? Or impede you from connecting with others in a way that felt genuine?

A PERSONALIZED PROGRAMME

This is a personalised process that aims to provide you with a better understanding of your mind, body, and emotional body, and how they affect your life on a daily basis. Because of this, we offer two formats for Individual Embodiment.

ONLINE COURSE

The on-line version of the Individual Embodiment Programme is a flexible, more accessible way to engage with Yorgos from anywhere in the world. Sessions will be designed with your needs and schedule in mind to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

IN-PERSON WORK

The in-person version of the Individual Embodiment Programme is structured similar to a private residency, and would be an opportunity to spend time with Yorgos in Crete. This course offers a more practical and hands-on approach to the Embodiment exercises.
