LABBER PRICING
Physical Lab offers two distinct types of pricing: Standard & Labber. Please read on for details before applying.

STANDARD PRICING
The first option is the Standard Pricing, which applies to all participants who are either joining a Lab for the first time or are still in the early stages of familiarizing themselves with the work. This pricing tier is designed to accommodate newcomers who may require foundational guidance and support as they begin their journey in the Lab environment.

Please note that pricing is subject to change based on Lab duration, instructor, and the level (Student, Masterclass, etc.) being provided.
LABBER PRICING
The second tier is offered at a discounted price for our Lab regulars—or Labbers. In order to qualify for Labber pricing, applicants must meet one of the two, following criteria:
3 Long Residencies (2-weeks)
OR
15 workshops
OR
200 hours of private work
(live or virtual)
NOTE REGARDING APPLICATIONS & PRICING
When applying, please ensure you have selected the correct pricing tier. Applicants who select Labber pricing without having met the prior prerequisites may have their application denied.

GRANTS &
SCHOLARSHIPS
Over the years, many Lab participants have successfully secured subsidized or fully funded support through a range of arts grants. We are therefore very happy to assist with any required documentation to support your funding application. Below you will find a selection of standard materials commonly requested for grant submissions. Should you need any additional information or documentation, please do not hesitate to reach out.

We warmly encourage interested participants to apply, even if funding has not yet been confirmed.

In addition, Physical Lab offers a Scholarship Program for a limited number of participants throughout the year. This program enables individuals to take part in a Lab at a reduced cost. For further details on the application process, please contact us at info@physicallab.co.uk.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellations for short workshops (2-3 days) be made at least three weeks prior to the start date of the Lab, and cancellations for longer Labs or residencies (5+ days) must be made at least one full calendar month in advance. This allows us to manage our resources, staff, and scheduling effectively, and to offer the opportunity to other interested participants.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after these deadlines unless we are able to fill the vacated spot with another participant. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to find a replacement, but please note that this is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage all participants to consider this policy carefully when making their booking and to reach out to us as early as possible should their plans change.
