As part of a group environment, it is important to know that these sessions are always handled with the utmost care. Our Team Embodiment sessions are designed to fortify the bonds between team members and never to leave any one person feeling exposed.
While the Team Embodiment Programme shares a similar methodology with the Individual Embodiment Programme, we recognize there is certain core work that is best done in private. All of the exercises and techniques used are in support of all members' well-being, and consent is required before proceeding in group-facing activities.
At the core of this work is the dedication to better understanding one another as it relates to the workplace—or whatever your relationship—in order to bring out the best of each team member. All techniques and approaches to interactivity are centered around the values of trust, openness, and communication.

When we embody ourselves, we become conduits of effective communication, learning to express ourselves with clarity and specificity, and also becoming receptive to the requests and needs of others. In order to achieve this, it is important to first gain a deeper understanding of each team member as an individual, identifying patterns and habits that may be inhibiting their performance. From there, we can expand our knowledge to understand each person's unique role as a member of the team. By embracing these principles of embodiment and clear communication, we can work together to build a more collaborative and productive team culture.
ON-SITE TEAM EMBODIMENT
The on-site programme is led by Embodiment instructor Yorgos Karamalegos in your physical workspace or an adjacent location suitable to the work.
Our programme offers the flexibility of a full-day workshop or multi-day sessions, in order to fully leverage the benefits of Embodiment and maximize the impact of our team-building exercises. We recognize that the full potential of this programme can only be achieved through consistent practice and commitment, which is why we offer both options to our clients.
For teams seeking to gain a deeper understanding of each other and build stronger connections, the multi-day sessions provide the opportunity to delve into the principles of Embodiment and establish a lasting foundation for growth. Alternatively, our full-day workshop can be an effective way to introduce the key concepts and get teams started on the path towards improved collaboration and communication.

TEAM EMBODIMENT RETREAT

The Team Embodiment Retreat is a multi-day experience on the beautiful island of Crete. It is a unique opportunity for you and your team to deepen your connection and enhance your overall performance. Crete, with its beautiful beaches, stunning mountains, and rich history, can provide the ideal setting for reconnecting with yourself. The retreat is tailored to you and your team's needs, and example activities may include movement, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, all of which will help foster a deeper connection with the body and inner self.
Team members will also have the opportunity to engage in team-building activities, workshops, and discussions aimed at improving communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. This can include sessions focused on conflict resolution, active listening, and empathy-building exercises.
