The Embodiment Retreat is a powerful way to deepen your connection with your body and unlock new levels of self-awareness. These retreats offer an opportunity to step away from the distractions of daily life and fully immerse yourself in the practice of embodiment with like-minded individuals.

Throughout the retreat, you will engage in a variety of exercises designed to help you access different parts of your physical and emotional being. These may include movement practices such as yoga or dance, meditation and breathwork, and other body-centered techniques. Through these practices, you will learn to listen to and trust your body's wisdom, developing a greater sense of inner guidance and intuition.

EXPLORE THE ISLAND OF CRETE

With its stunning natural beauty, from the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean to the rugged peaks of the White Mountains, Crete offers an ideal environment for exploring the connection between the body and the natural world.

In between retreat activities, you will have time to spend time on the beach, visit the local shops, and enjoy delicious Cretan cuisine.

 

The island offers an abundance of opportunities for exploring the intersection of embodiment and nature. By cultivating a deeper relationship with our bodies and the world around us, we can tap into a source of strength and inspiration that can provide us with greater clarity and purpose.
