ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The Presence & Embodiment Lab is an immersive one-day workshop in Paris with Yorgos Karamalegos, founder of Physical Lab. Open to all—performers and non-performers alike—this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your authentic presence.
Through Yorgos’s unique and transformative approach, you’ll explore how physical awareness and emotional truth not only elevate your performance but also enrich how you move, communicate, and connect in everyday life. Yorgos will also offer individual sessions, providing a more personalised, hands-on experience of the techniques.

We have a cancellation policy of three weeks prior to the start of the Lab for short workshops. After this, we cannot offer refunds unless another participant can be found to take the place.
