Yorgos is an internationally recognized acting, personal development, and embodiment coach, renowned for his transformative approach to performance, leadership, and self-awareness. Born in Athens, Yorgos began his artistic journey studying theatre at Nellie Karra's theatre school. He launched his career as a film and television actor before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2001. There, he founded Tmesis Theatre, a company specializing in physical theatre. In 2011, he established Physical Lab, a London-based training space dedicated to the development of actors, speakers, and leaders through embodiment practices.
