The Programme

At its core, the Corporate Embodiment Programme exists to help people and teams work from a place of genuine presence — a clear awareness of themselves, their environment, and the people around them. That awareness is the foundation for everything else: unlocking your own potential, and helping the people around you unlock theirs. No two engagements look the same. Each is built around the individual’s real strengths and patterns, or the team’s actual relationships and dynamics.

What Is Corporate Embodiment?

Embodiment is the practice of bringing awareness to how we carry ourselves — physically, mentally, and relationally — and using that awareness as a tool for clarity, confidence, and connection. In a corporate setting, this means identifying the mindsets, habits, and communication patterns holding a person or team back, and replacing them with something more natural, effective, and authentic.

Most leadership and communication friction shows up physically before it shows up in words — in tone, posture, and presence. That’s where the work begins.

For the Team Team

Team sessions combine individual coaching with group facilitation to build a stronger, more cohesive unit—one that communicates well, trusts each other, and performs under pressure. The work moves between one-to-one conversations, where individual patterns and strengths surface, and full-group sessions, where the team learns to work with—rather than around—each other. Nothing here is generic: each engagement is shaped around the specific people, roles, and pressures already present in the room.

Speech & Presentation Coaching

Hands-on support preparing individuals for high-stakes moments, from delivery to content. This includes shaping the material itself as well as how it's delivered—pacing, tone, and physical presence—so the speaker feels genuinely prepared, not just rehearsed.

Individual Discovery Sessions

One-on-one dialogue to uncover each person's natural talents, strengths, and blind spots—and the mindsets quietly limiting them. These private sessions also surface assumptions and beliefs held about the wider team, which often shape behaviour more than people realise.

Communication Refinement

Targeted work on body language, voice, and language use—coaching each person to master their own natural style, not generic technique. The goal is a communication style that still sounds and feels like them, just clearer and more deliberate.

Team Dialogue & Systemic Awareness

Group reflection that surfaces unspoken tensions and assumptions, and identifies the team's collective strengths as a system. Rather than treating the team as a set of individuals, this work looks at how it functions as a whole—where energy gets stuck, and where it moves freely.

Embodied Presence

Practical tools for feeling grounded in the body, so physical presence becomes an asset under pressure. Rather than abstract theory, this is hands-on practice—learning to notice tension as it builds and release it before it affects delivery.

Relational Repair & Integration

Smaller facilitated sessions in different team combinations, followed by a full-group session to anchor the shifts collectively. This focused relational work clears accumulated tension between specific individuals, before bringing everyone back together to integrate what's changed.
