All of Us Strangers

Dear Labbers,

Last night, I watched “All of Us Strangers”. A film that truly touched me. I feel compelled to share my thoughts with you, so kindly excuse the postponement of my article “Peace Lies Within” to next week.

All of Us Strangers portrays beautifully the unmet needs of our inner child. The immense need to nurture ourselves with the care we never received.

Will any level of nurturing ever suffice, as the child within us, now grown, still carries unresolved needs from infancy?

A testament to the importance of developing our emotional intelligence alongside our intellectual growth.

The power of love, and the potential rooted in self-love.

A provocation on whether we will attain self-love and enlightenment, or risk perpetuating cycles of unmet needs.

The performances in this film embody the essence of our lab’s mission.

Andrew Scott and Claire Foy’s approach particularly resonates deeply with the core principles guiding our work. I struggle to find adequate words to describe Andrew Haigh’s direction, which offers both poetic insight and a raw portrayal of the human experience, delving into the depths and abstraction of our subconscious.

My invitation is to remain consistent and patient on your journey toward self-understanding and self-love.

There exists a liberated version of ourselves beyond the constraints of past traumas. There is another life beyond our inherited conditioning. I’ve witnessed this transformation in myself and others, and it’s a truth I never thought I’d affirm.

Let this realisation propel you toward self-care and personal growth; There is nothing we cannot achieve if we are truly friends with ourselves, if we are truly friends with our soul and our artistry.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend, and consider seeing “All of Us Strangers”.

kindly join us this Monday 26th of February for our complimentary Symposium on Flow, Purpose, Value, and Meaning.

My warmest gratitude for your love and trust in my work. I’m excited to see the enthusiastic participation in my upcoming Masterclasses in Paris and London.

Both events are sold out. 🙏🏽

Remain in self-inquiry, stay connected to your body, and consistently engage with the nurturing essence of the lover archetype within yourself.
