Nick Pollifrone is a New York City–based actor, writer, and aspiring audiobook narrator with a deep passion for storytelling. A graduate of the University of Hartford, he recently returned to the U.S. after six years in Kyoto, Japan, where he worked as an educator. His time abroad continues to shape his perspective and inform his creative work.
Classically trained, Nick holds post‑graduate degrees from RADA and LAMDA in the UK, where he built a strong foundation in language and performance. He currently serves as the Marketing & Event Manager for Yorgos Karamalegos and Physical Lab, an international laboratory dedicated to presence in acting. He is also a core member of Miriam Wasmund’s Your Faithful Reader, an independent NYC theatre company committed to honest, resonant storytelling.
As a writer and media voice, Nick founded Typed Out, a platform and podcast centered on expanding the boundaries of understanding and acceptance through thoughtful conversation. He believes that art and dialogue play a vital role in helping people connect across differences. Nick is incredibly grateful to be a member of the 2026 Penguin Random House Audiobook Narrator Mentorship.
