A New Tradition

Our September retreat reflects the continuity of our shared journey over the past three years, while embracing new insights drawn from our first-ever June retreat and fresh perspectives regarding Fitness, Embodiment, and consciousness development. We’re honoured to again be joined by Dr. Lena, whose sessions will delve into the vital interplay between the microbiome and restorative sleep.

The Village Houses at Natalia’s Houses offer traditional stone cottage accommodation just a short walk from Armonia Retreat Center. We have a cancellation policy of one calendar month for all retreats. After this, we cannot offer refunds unless another participant on the waiting list is able to attend or the cancelling party is able to find a participant on their behalf.

Upon arrival, you’ll settle into a slower pace — breathing in mountain air and the scent of herbs warming in the sun. It’s a soft landing into the retreat, where travel fades and presence begins.
