Step back into your body with this three-day immersive Lab led by Tatiana Spivakova. Designed for anyone seeking to reconnect with their physical self, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down, tune in, and awaken bodily awareness. Through mindful movement, physical exploration, and gentle unlearning of habitual tension, you’ll reawaken sensations, restore trust in your body’s wisdom, and cultivate a deeper sense of being rooted in yourself. Release the need to perform or prove, and rediscover a grounded, authentic way of inhabiting your own essence.

DECONDITION OLD HABITS THAT STAND IN THE WAY OF AUTHENTIC PERFORMANCE
This Lab is a focused exploration of truthful, connected auditioning with the goal of helping you bring your full presence and authenticity into the casting room. Join a dedicated group of actors for an intensive four-day experience designed to deepen your grounding, sharpen your instincts, and elevate your audition craft.
Throughout the weekend, participants will work on translating personal truth into dynamic, moment-to-moment audition choices. Through physical connection, emotional access, and clear technique, you’ll learn how to bring ease, spontaneity, and confidence to every audition—whether it’s for stage, screen, or drama school.

TATIANA SPIVAKOVA
SAAKIANTS
Tatiana Spivakova is a Russian-Armenian artist, she grew up in Spain and lives in Paris. Therefore, she's fluent in over four languages (Russian, French, English and Spanish). She graduated in theatre at the National Superior Conservatoire of Dramatic Arts in Paris (spending one year in the London's Academy of Music Drama & Arts) and also at the Music Regional Conservatoire of Aubervilliers-La Courneuve.
She created her own company and directed several plays by Nicolaï Gogol, Fabrice Melquiot, Maxim Gorky, Albert Camus in Paris, but also performed as an actress on many European stages like The Odeon Theatre of Europe in «Hotel Feydeau» by Georges Lavaudant - also participating many times in the French Avignon's Festival, or in the European Festival Istropolitana in Bratislava, and Physical Fest in Liverpool, UK.
On screen, she worked with the awarded British director William Oldroyd in a movie shot in Georgia «In mid Wickedness» but also with young french directors Maxime Roy and Jeremy Trequesser in their first feature «Même Pas Mal» and appeared in some french TV shows like «CAÏN » on France 2. Recently, she holds the leading female part in "Gate to Heaven" next to Richard Sammel, directed by Jivan Avetisyan.
