PARIS PHYSICAL LAB
FOR ACTORS & PERFORMERS
20 - 22 JUNE 2025
Join Tatiana Spivakova for a three-day experiential Lab—an open space for exploration, open to all, whether you’re a performer or simply curious about presence and embodiment. Through guided practices and gentle deconditioning, you’ll unravel habitual patterns, free the body and mind, and reconnect with your grounded, authentic self. This is an invitation to unfold, to feel deeply, and to return to the truth of who you are—beyond performance, beyond expectation.

REVEAL
WHO YOU ARE
DECONDITION OLD HABITS THAT STAND IN THE WAY OF AUTHENTIC PERFORMANCE
This workshop is a concentrated exploration into the core of believable acting: drawing from your deepest personal truth. Join a dedicated group of actors for an intensive three-day journey focused on grounding and presence.
Over the course of the weekend, participants will take a sustained dive into physical connection and instinct, helping you discover your inherent creative voice. Actors will also translate these powerful internal shifts into dynamic and truthful scene work.
