We focus on stripping down acting habits rooted in social and cultural conditioning.
We offer grounding techniques as tools for presence and a way of realigning old habits.
We explore the state of performance, examining the ways in which the body, mind (conscious and subconscious), emotion, and instinct work together moment to moment.
We seek subconscious results through conscious practices.

Please note that Physical Lab offers two pricing tiers for all Labs. The first listed price is the standard price for non-Labbers, and may change depending on the duration, instructor, and level of the workshop being provided.
LAB REGULAR PRICING
The second tier is offered at a discounted price for our Lab regulars—or Labbers. In order to qualify for Labber pricing, applicants must meet one of the two, following criteria:
3 Long Residencies (2-weeks)
OR
15 workshops​
OR
200 hours of private work (live or virtual)

Please ensure you have selected the correct pricing tier upon application. Applicants who select the Lab Regular pricing without having met the prior prerequisites may have their application denied.
Yorgos creates a playful, but incredibly focused atmosphere. A fantastic demonstration of how to unite mind and body. The work can be applied to subtle screen performance.
